In accordance to SA rural fire service, fires are not permitted at the park.
Yes we are pet friendly all year round on our powered sites and we even have four pet friendly cabins available by arrangement.
We have a modern indoor camp kitchen complete with coffee machine and free outdoor BBQ’s. There are 2 oven with cook tops, a kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer for you convenience. Indoor and outdoor chairs and tables are also provided.
We do have a gas operated crab cooker that can be used. You can either use your own gas bottle if you have one or you can use one of ours for a small fee. It is quite a large cooker so you would want to have a good catch of crabs to cook all at once. Otherwise if you just have a few crabs, enough for a feed, you can just ask at the office for a large pot and you can cook them in the camp kitchen. Just ask at the office for advice or assistance.
Yes, every powered site is connected to the septic. Just remove the grate and empty into the terracotta drain provided. Rinse off and replace the grate after use.
We do have a small playground located in the park behind the camp kitchen for small children. We also have our own 9 hole putt putt golf course located on the beach front and there is another playground located just down the road on the Esplanade south of the park.
We have two BBQ’ located under the pergola outside the camp kitchen. They are free to use, we just ask that you clean up after use.
Yes we do have a fish cleaning area located on the beach front.
Yes we have wifi available. You need a access card which you can purchase from the office during office hours.
We are an easy 2 hour scenic drive from Gepps Cross.
All linen is supplied to all beds, including towels in the Deluxe Cabins and the Spa Cabin. In all other Economy and Standard Ensuite cabins you will need to bring all your own sheet sets, extra blankets/quilts and towels (pillows and bedspreads are provided). A linen pack may be hired for an additional fee.
Bike riding is not allowed on the paved pathways, around cabins or amenities areas in the park. Bikes can be ridden with care on the road and the road through the park. A helmet must be worn at all times. There is also a walking/riding track that goes past the beach front in the park. Care should be taken of others using the path.
Yes, The caravan park is located right on the beach front on a quiet back beach.
If this is the case please contact reception to organise a late check-in. All fees must be paid in full prior to arrival to arrange a self check-in.
Check in is 2pm.
Check out is 10am.
It is beach front, so it can get windy from time to time. Don’t let that put you off, there is still plenty to see and do or you can find a sheltered spot in the park or the camp kitchen.
